We are constantly developing new menus.
As we buy our fish and fresh meat at Billingsgate and Smithfield markets in person this enables us to bring a variety of dishes which can range from lobster and other shellfish which may feature as their "catch of the day" to feature as a short-term "special of the day" or salted cod for some Baccalà at Christmas .
Similarly, we will occasionally bring rump, sirloin and fillet steak to the menu together with some divine sauces to accompany them.
