Aperol Spritz
An Aperol Spritz is made from the Aperol and Prosecco and seltzer (plain water that has been artificially carbonated)
Bright orange in colour Aperol is a liquer with only 11% alcohol produced from a secret recipe originally devised in Padova by the Barbieri brothers in 1919.
When mixed with Prosecco and seltzer water on ice and served with a wedge of orange it becomes Italy's most popular aperitif.
